On a late-night commuter bus, a necklace was stolen. This was followed by a tragic and fatal road accident, and a series of intriguing turn of events which revealed love, hatred, and vengeance. The film climaxes as the bus went ablaze, burning and glittering against the dark coastal sky.

Joe Hsieh is an independent Taiwan animation director whose works often explore the dark side of human nature, and filled with horror and suspense. His films, Meat Days (2008) was nominated in Pusan International Film Festival; The Present (2014) was nominated in Sundance Film Festival and was awarded Best Animated Short Film in San Diego Asian Film Festival. No. 7 Cherry Lane (2019 collaboration) won Best Screenplay in Venice International Film Festival.
