The brothers Nikolaj (12) and Emil (8) discover a ghost that inhabits their new home's bedroom. Looking for answers, Nikolaj meets Ximena (12), the new girl at school, who tells them all about ghost types. Together they decide to find out what kind of ghost lives in their home and how to get rid of it. The trio will embark on an adventure that will lead them to discover the city and its history, as well as face the challenges of growing up, all of this in order to help the ghost solve his pending business: deliver a love letter to a girl he stopped seeing 30 years ago.
